    Orthopedic Yoga Therapy 200-hour course

This program led by Michelle Fleming is the result of 25 years of experience as a yoga therapist, 48 times directing therapeutic yoga teacher trainings, and 30 years of witnessing so many yoga injuries and so many imbalances being driven deeper into students’ structures through uneducated asana. It emerged from an intense search to release the constant pain she was told she would have to live with at 27 years old. Her intense study of human anatomy with Tom Myers of “Anatomy Trains” fame. This program works on three synergistic levels: educated movement, informed verbal and hands on cues, and neurological re-connection.
