Occupational Therapy

At No Mud No Lotus, we believe healing happens when we honor the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Our occupational therapy sessions are designed to gently support you in reconnecting with your daily life in a way that feels balanced, sustainable, and empowering.

Whether you’re healing from injury, navigating chronic pain, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, our approach meets you with compassion and presence. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, helping you build strength, restore function, and create supportive rhythms that align with your lifestyle.

We blend functional, evidence-based occupational therapy practices with a holistic perspective—recognizing that true wellness extends beyond the physical. You’ll be guided through practical tools and mindful techniques to improve mobility, coordination, focus, and ease in daily activities, while also supporting nervous system regulation and overall well-being.

Areas of support include:

  • Injury recovery and rehabilitation
  • Chronic pain and fatigue management
  • Nervous system regulation and stress support
  • Fine and gross motor skills
  • Daily routines, habits, and lifestyle integration

This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild from a place of awareness and care. Just like the lotus, growth can emerge from even the most challenging moments.

Come as you are—leave feeling more grounded, capable, and connected.

Sadie Crane is the founder and heart behind No Mud No Lotus Yoga & Healing Center, where she weaves together clinical expertise and holistic healing to support the well-being of her community.

She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts, and brings over 10 years of experience in the field with a strong focus on rehabilitation and mental health. Sadie specializes in working with older adults and individuals navigating Parkinson’s disorder, orthopedic conditions, and stroke recovery—guiding each person with compassion, skill, and individualized care.

In addition to her clinical background, Sadie is a certified Backcare Specialist with an emphasis in myofascial release, allowing her to support pain relief and functional movement in a deeply therapeutic way. She has also been a dedicated yoga practitioner and 300-hour certified yoga teacher for over 17 years, integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness into her work.

Sadie’s approach is rooted in the belief that healing is both practical and transformative—meeting each individual where they are while creating space for growth, resilience, and reconnection
