Beautiful and peaceful studio with a variety of offerings. I attended one of their sound healing events and it was gorgeous! Its amazing how grounding and healing this midality is. Loved the Full-moon ceremony, incorporating somatic movement, too. NMNL definitely brings great value to our community!

Really beautiful yoga studio with friendly yoga instructors. I Love that they offer hot yoga. I felt it could of been a bit hotter in the studio to make for a more potent yoga session but I also appreciate that it was milder.

Fabulous yoga studio. Grants Pass has needed a studio like this for a while. All the instructors are great and it offers a variety of classes including heated and yogalaties.

Took my first ever yoga class here today to celebrate my birthday. The owner, Sadie, gave me a tour before class. The rooms are clean and calming! Dressing rooms, props and mats are readily available making it easy to pop in. Caryn was a wonderful instructor, making an extra effort to help me get the most out of my poses. I felt very comfortable as a newbie. I will definitely be back, with friends!

So grateful for this studio. It’s gorgeous inside, open, clean, genuine. The Ganesha wall is mesmerizing. Alicia gave me a tour, she was calm, kind and grounded. My first class was with Steve, it was exactly what I needed and a reflection of the studio itself…classic and genuine. The heat was delightful. Sending positive vibes for your success. They offer more than traditional classes. Their Facebook page is up to date and they respond quickly to messages. I went to Wolf’s 10 am Oracle class today. I read the description and went with an open heart. I knew I’d either receive exactly what I needed or assist in the delivery of what someone else needed. Wolf’s voice and cuing are hypnotic. I was so deeply relaxed and calm throughout class, even while holding some challenging poses for longer than you’d like if you were “in your head.” This class was a rare treat. I’ll definitely return. My nervous system was reset. I also loved the incense and the sound healing. Thank you Sadie, for creating this space and drawing in such phenomenal people. 🙏🏼💕🫶🏼✊🏼

This Gem is in Grants Pass and it has completely transformed my practice. They offer a wide variety of classes for all levels, so whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for years, you’ll find something that resonates. My personal favorite is the hot yoga—it’s both energizing and grounding, and always leaves me feeling reset in the best way. Each instructor brings their own unique energy and wisdom, and somehow every class feels magical. The atmosphere is welcoming, peaceful, and genuinely supportive. I’m so grateful to have found this studio. Highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice, reconnect with their body, or just find some peace in their day.

A magical and deeply healing weekend retreat with Sadie Crane & No Mud No Lotus Yoga and Healing Center. Immersed in nature in the heart of Grants Pass, I experienced powerful yoga therapy workshops, expert-led classes, myofascial release bodywork, a group sound bath, and a 1:1 sound healing session combined with transformational massage. The studio is a beautiful, calming sanctuary—truly the perfect space for healing and self-discovery. I left feeling recharged, grounded, and reconnected to my self-care journey. So grateful for this space and the incredibly knowledgeable teachers! 💜🪷

It reminds us that overcoming adversity and striving for a higher state of being is part of our journey. Just as the lotus rises from the mud to blossom, we too have the capacity for inner transformation and growth, no matter the challenges we face. For if there is no mud, there is no lotus.

our studios

The Lakshmi Room is our non heated studio. It provides a peaceful setting with soft lighting, soothing colors and minimal distractions to promote relaxation and focus. It is a dedicated space designed to foster mindfulness, movement, and well-being through various yoga practices.
